한국병원약사회 손인자 회장 등 40여명의 회원이 12월 4일부터 8일까지 미국 라스베가스에서 열리는 미국병원약사회(American Society of Health-System Pharmacists;ASHP) 제40차 Midyear Clinical Meeting (MCM)에 참가한다.
미국병원약사회는 매년 6월 첫주에 총회를 겸한 Summer Meeting을 개최하며, 12월 첫주에는 Midyear Clinical Meeting을 개최하고 있다.
Summer Meeting에는 통상적으로 6,000명 정도 참석하며, MCM에는 전세계 각국의 약사를 비롯해 15,000명 규모로 참여하는 대규모 학술행사라는 것이 한국병원약사회측의 설명.
한국병원약사회는 손인자 회장(서울대병원 약제부장), 손기호 부회장(삼성서울병원 약제부장)등 총 41명이 미국병원약사회 임상약학회에 참여하며, 박윤희 약사 등 7명이 포스터를 발표할 예정이다.
미국병원약사회 임상약학회에서 발표될 우리나라 병원약사들의 포스터 발표 제목은 다음과 같다.
