가끔 어지럽습니다.
I feel dizzy sometimes.

Patient : I feel dizzy sometimes. I think I’m suffering from anemia. I need a medicine.
Pharmacist : You know people have many causes of anemia. I guess you should have a check-up first in the hospital.
Patient : I went to the clinic yesterday. The doctor told me I have an iron deficiency anemia after a simple blood test.
Pharmacist : Do you have a prescription for it?
Patient : No, I don’t. The doctor told me I can buy the medicine without prescription.
Pharmacist : Yes, you can. We have several types of medicine. Which type do you like? we have tablet, capsule and liquid.
Patient : What’s the difference?
Pharmacist : The tablet and the capsule are not expensive, and easy to take with water. The liquid have fast effect in absorption to the body and low side effects on the stomach. While you’re taking a medicine containing iron, do not have a green tea and an antacid containing aluminium.

환자 : 가끔 어지러워요.  빈혈인 것 같아요. 약이 필요해요.
약사 : 빈혈에는 여러가지 원인이 있습니다. 병원에서 먼저 체크를 받아야 한다고 생각해요
환자 : 어제 병원에 갔었지요. 의사가 철결핍성 빈혈이라고 하더군요
약사 : 처방전을 받으셨나요?
환자 : 아니요. 처방전 없이 약을 살 수 있다고 하던데요.
약사 : 예. 사실 수 있지요. 몇 가지 제형이 있습니다. 어느 것으로 하실래요? 정제, 캅셀제, 액제가 있습니다.
환자 : 차이가 뭐죠?
약사 : 정제와 캅셀은 복용이 쉽고 간편하고 저렴합니다. 액제는 효과가 신속하고 위장장애가 적습니다. 철분을 함유한 약을 먹을 동안에는 녹차나 알루미늄을 함유한 제산제를 먹으면 안됩니다.
